Here is some basic advice for taking care of you software and libraries:
  • Always take regular back-ups of all the user files in use
  • Don't make any changes to your system before contacting us, even if you are an experienced user.
When you contact Modemo for support, if possible have your computer near the phone. Please also remember to have the following information available:
  • Which software version and operating system are you using.
  • A full description of the problem.
  • A note of all the error messages you have seen on the screen (even better, if you print the screen you can email the image to us).
  • Your contact details.

Modemo set to expand into UK AAC Market

Symbol for Windows Gold is ready!

Gold is the biggest upgrade from the Dutch software developer Handicom since the company released Symbol for Windows over ten years ago. Modemo's first delivery in the UK was made to the University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC), where Symbol for Windows Chart Maker licenses were provided to aid the delivery of the Speech and Language Therapy teaching programme and evaluation work; the only course of its kind in Wales.
